What we collect

Only what you enter in the enquiry form: name, company, email, phone, website, information about your business and project.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, prepare for the call and send you an offer. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering a contract.

Who receives the data

Web3Forms (emails the enquiry to us), Google Workspace (our mailbox) and our client system. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a client. Then we keep the data as long as the contract and accounting law require.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), so there is no consent banner. Fonts and all files load from our own server. If we add such tools, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent or complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). Write to info@felixbg.com.
